How does the free trial work?
The Free tier is permanent, not a time-limited trial. You can stay on Free as long as you want. You only upgrade when you need more volume.
Is my LinkedIn data secure?
100% EU hosting (PostgreSQL Neon Frankfurt, Vercel EU). Strict per-workspace isolation via PostgreSQL Row-Level Security. You can export or delete all your data anytime (GDPR).
Which LLM do you use?
Claude Sonnet 4.6 from Anthropic for all AI modules. No training on your data. Cost tracked per workspace.
Can I change plans anytime?
Yes, upgrade or downgrade in one click from Settings → Billing. Billing is pro-rated.
What happens if I exceed my quota?
You get a notification at 80% of quota. If you exceed it, you can upgrade or wait for the monthly reset. Your existing data is never deleted.
Do you accept SEPA payments?
Yes, SEPA Direct Debit and credit card. Monthly or yearly billing (save 2 months on yearly).
Any commitment?
None. Monthly with no commitment, cancellable anytime from the Stripe Customer Portal.
Do you offer a Pro trial before purchase?
