1. Object
DSB Intelligence is an agentic LinkedIn analytics SaaS platform operated by Data Scale Business. The service is intended for B2B professional use.
2. Account
Sign-up is free. You are responsible for the confidentiality of your credentials and for all activity on your account. An account is personal; sharing with a third party requires the Business plan (multi-user).
3. Subscription and payment
Prices and plans are listed on the Pricing page. Billing is monthly or yearly, charged in advance. Subscriptions renew automatically unless you cancel from your billing area before the renewal date.
4. Cancellation and refunds
You may cancel anytime from Settings → Billing. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current period; already-paid days are not refunded. No long-term commitment is required.
5. Service availability
We commit to maintaining reasonable service availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. For significant planned maintenance, we will notify you by email at least 48 hours in advance.
6. Intellectual property
Your data remains your property. You grant us the right to process it solely to deliver the service (see Privacy Policy). The source code, design, and DSB Intelligence brand are owned by Data Scale Business.
7. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- Attempt to access other users' data
- Use the service to store or process illegal, malicious, or misleading data
- Reverse-engineer or circumvent technical limitations
- Resell access to third parties without prior agreement (except Business plan with explicit sharing)
Any violation may result in immediate account suspension without refund.
8. Liability
Recommendations and analyses produced by the AI are advisory. You remain the sole judge of actions to take on LinkedIn and the sole responsible party for your publications. Our liability is capped at the equivalent of three months of subscription fees.
9. Changes
We may update these terms. Any substantial change will be communicated by email at least 30 days before taking effect. Continued use of the service constitutes acceptance.
10. Governing law
These terms are governed by Moroccan law. Any dispute falls under the competent courts of Casablanca, except where mandatory provisions provide otherwise.
